Photo Bloggy Days Fall 2008 Edition

I told Shannon I would participate in photo bloggy days again, and although I remembered to take pictures there was no time to post them. So here's day one, a few days late.

Here is my day from beginning to end on Friday, October 17th(which was Joe's birthday)

5:45 a.m. I got up extra early to decorate the house so that when Joe came home it would be the first thing he saw(He worked overnight on Thursday).

6:15 a.m. It takes all this stuff to make me look halfway decent in the morning. I really should organize it.
6:30 am. Self portrait. In my p.j.'s before hair and makeup

6:45 am. The cat checking out the birthday loot for Joe.

7:15 am. Joe took my picture before I left for work


7:45 am. My pencil cup at work. Fascinating.


8:30 am. My computer screen. Also fascinating.
9:30 am. View from my desk. Lucky me!



10:00 am. We had some time with no patients so we did some cleaning. I scrubbed all of the walls in the case presentation room. Fun!

11:00. Halloween decorations at work. I'm running out of things to take pictures of now.

1:30 p.m. My co-worker, Liz. I can't even remember what I did on my lunch break. I think I may have taken a nap in my car. Forgot to take pictures of that.



3:30 pm. The photo board that I made at work. Decorated for Fall.4:00 pm. Me and my sidekick, DeAnn.




4:30. One of our patients left her son in the car with her dog. He was a patient too, and we needed him to come in for his appointment so we could get the heck out of there, so DeAnn graciously offered to watch the dog while they both had their braces tightened. This is not usually a service we provide :)

5:00 p.m. Beautiful clouds after I got off of work.
5:30 p.m. DeAnn and I stopped off quickly at a holiday boutique they were having around the corner from work.
We each bought a cute Halloween bracelet.


6:00 pm. Pretty scenery on the way home.
7:00 pm. Joe and I at dinner. We went with friends, but they're camera shy.

8:45 pm. Back home for cake.
9:00 pm. Make a wish!
10:00 pm. Birthday carnage. I went to bed right after this. I was soooo tired.


So that's a day in the life of me. Kind of boring. I'm glad it was Joe's birthday, or I wouldn't have had any interesting pictures to post!

Tomorrow I'll do Saturday's pictures. There aren't that many though. I tend to fizzle out on the picture taking by the second day.

CHOC Walk

Okay, the CHOC walk fundraiser totally rocked. I am too tired right now to write much, so I'll let the picture speak for now. I wasn't able to meet up with Shelley, but that's okay because I made some new friends and walked with them.

This is for sure something I will be doing again next year. I raised enough money to get a free park hopper pass, which I will be upgading to an annual pass next month as an early birthday present for myself. Woohoo!

I am off to take a nap. I can hardly keep my eyes open right now.
