I blogged

I want to blog but I can't. I don't mean figuratively, like I have writer's block, I mean I literally can't because I can't figure out how to do it from my ipad and the keyboard on my laptop died. I love my ipad but the blogger app sucks.

I had a post all written with a ton of pictures but first it posted before I was ready, and then it deleted itself altogether. I'm wondering if this is a sign that I should stop blogging. I wasn't sure what I was going to do after our referral date passed(next week) so I guess now is as good a time as any to stop.

Problem is, I like blogging and I know I will miss it if I stop. Seems no one really blogs anymore though so it seems a good time to quit. See how conflicted I am about it? Sigh.

I did my first five k last month and it was the most fun I have had in a long time. So much fun that I did another one last weekend. I am not fast and it's not pretty when I run, but I run. Both of them I ran half and walked fast for half. I am still plugging along with the couch to five k app on my phone and I still don't enjoy it. But I am doing it. I am committed to finishing the whole nine weeks. I'm only on week three because of injury and sickness. I also did the last week two times because I didn't feel ready to move on.

The first run was the color run and all I can say is this:  if you have the opportunity to participate in this in your city, DO IT. It is a blast. Seriously. So fun. I did mine in San Francisco with my sees-ter, which made it even more fun. While I was up north I got to get together with Mary Mia, Kayce and Stacey too. I love those girls! We always have the best time together. We also went to Lisa's school fundraiser which had a 1920's theme so we got to get all dressed up in our flapper dresses. It was such a great weekend!

Last weekend it was the hot chocolate run that I did with my cousin Linda. What a great weekend we had with her and her family. It was in San Diego. I love it there! What an awesome city. Joe was stationed there in the navy(long, long ago) so he knows the city pretty well. We spent all day Sunday in Balboa Park. There is so much to do there, a lot of it free! We will be going back soon for sure. It's a little over an hour away which isn't bad except for the cost of gas.

I can't figure out how to put text in between my pictures so here is just a jumble of pictures from the last two months. Hopefully you can figure out what is what.

Don't stop blogging just don't preussure yourself to write. If you feel like it do it, if not, let it be.

Love the photos and you must be so proud of yourself for running 5K's.1221
