Thankful Thursday

I am thankful for the friends I have made online.  Some of them I have gotten to meet in person, and others I haven't.  This week alone, two online friends who I have never met have shown me such kindness that both brought me to tears.  I can't believe how lucky I am to have such wonderful friends!

I am thankful for Christmas cards.  I'm not sending any out this year, but I put it out on FB that I would LOVE to receive some (yes, I begged for Christmas cards on FB.  I have no shame  :)  Anyway, they have been coming in the mail every day and I LOVE them.  I love receiving them.  I love going to the mail and getting them.  And I love putting them up on the back of our front door so I can look at them whenever I walk by. Thanks to everyone who sent me one.  I love them!

I loved the weather we had over the weekend.  It hit almost 85 at my house on Sunday.  At first I was not too happy to have such high temps in December, but then Joe and I decided to go to the beach and watch the sun set and when we got there it was warm and so beautiful.  What a nice treat to have that kind of beach weather in December.  Now it has cooled down again and I am grateful for that too.  It will be nice to have some cold(er) weather for Christmas.

Here are some pictures from our trip to the beach on Sunday.  Seriously the weather couldn't have been more beautiful.
They had these leggings in the window of one of the stores.
I wonder I I could pull them off?  Probably not.
The credit for this picture goes to Joe.  I didn't want to do it and complained the whole time.  I had to eat crow after I saw it and admit it turned out kind of cool.  I hate it when that happens.
The sunset was stunning!

What he was writing.  Awwwwwwwwww

I can't believe Christmas is only 9 days away.  I probably say that every year but seriously!
I can't believe it!

Michelle, now that's a cool picture for sure. I've always wanted to do that, but never got around to it, now seeing yours makes me want to go for it. Awesome photos!
